Why start a new church?

CALL

God has called us to bring the message of the Gospel to North Dallas and beyond so that people who are far from God can find freedom in Christ.

In the last 8 years Dallas' population has grown by more than 1million people. In a rapidly growing community with diverse active families, purpose and dreams are lost in the day to day. Because of this we want to build a thriving church that allows people to find their purpose and help their dreams become reality.

Our Pastor

Jason is a Husband, Father, Pastor, Leadership Coach and Professional Speaker.

Jason has been married for 17 years to his wonderful wife Rhonda and together they have one son, Josiah. Jason has spent the past 17 years as a Pastor, Entrepreneur, Organizational Management Professional and Human Resources Leader. He has worked in senior leadership at some of the largest churches in America, varying in size from 10,000 to in excess of 15,000 members. He is the founder of 4 businesses and 1 nonprofit organization. He's lived in 7 different states, been elected to public office as a City Councilman, and had dinner with the President of the United States.

Jason holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Leadership. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Jason specializes in: Preaching, Teaching, Evangelism, Leadership Coaching, Diversity Training, and Organizational Management. His experiences have allowed him to provide Coaching and Training all across the country, including on the Navajo Indian Reservation.

Most recently Jason was the Executive Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church and the Chief Operating Officer at Calvary Ministries in Columbus, GA. He provided executive level leadership for Calvary Baptist Church while also leading operations for a conglomerate of businesses owned by Calvary Ministries: The Gardens at Calvary, The Green Houses at Calvary, Calvary Senior Living Community, and Columbus Christian Counseling Center.

Jason now humbly serves as the Lead Pastor and Church Planter of Free City Church.
